To apply for DAO VC, you just have to simply join our DAO community by staking DAO tokens on our DAPP, and there will be a requirements on the percentage of shares you must hold at least in order to apply for DAO VC.

Money came from DAO VC will be strictly monitered on its usage, and every transaction in and out of DAO VC will have its transparency to all DAO members in the community.

During the situation when there's no application on using the funds in DAO VC, we will be launching votes in our vote systems, and leave the decision to the DAO members on the usage of the funds for the interests of all DAO members.
